Basic
This plan applies to properties up to 1500 sqft. including 2 checks in per year. ($50/month)
Intermediate
This plan applies to properties between 1500-3000 sqft. including 2 check ins per year. ($60/month)
Advanced
This plan applies to properties between 3000-5000 sqft. including 2 check ins per year. ($80/month)
Pro
This plan applies to properties properties larger than 5000 sqft. including 2 check ins per year . (call for pricing)
Spring
Clean and inspect gutters and downspouts.
Check yard lighting, outside trim and siding.
Change out air filters
Power wash decks and patios
Replace all light bulbs in home.
Vacuum refrigerator coils
Inspect Crawlspaces/basements for moisture.
Inspect Attic.
Caulk bathrooms and kitchen areas.
Clean dryer vent.
Replace weatherstripping around doors, if needed.

Fall
Caulk around windows.
Repair window screens.
Replace batteries in smoke detectors and CO2 monitors.
Replace all light bulbs in home.

Check door locks, jams, deadbolts for secure fit.
