Pre-Listing
Step 1: We meet with the seller and agent to go over items to be completed.
Step 2: The bid is prepared between 2-3 business days.
Step 3: Client accepts, putting 50% down.
Step 4: We will take it from there!
Repair Amendment
Step 1: Send us an Agreed Repair Amendment.
Step 2: The bid is prepared between 2-3 business days.
Step 3: Upon bid approval... we will take it from there!
Remodeling
Step 1: Call or email us to schedule an appointment.
Step 2: The bid is prepared between 2-3 business days.
Step 3: Client accepts, putting 50% down.
Step 4: We will take it from there!
