Job Description
A growing startup company headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee, Let-Us-Do-It Home Services provides customer interior and exterior remodeling services for residential properties in Davidson, Maury, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson, and Wilson counties. In addition to remodeling, we also service nagging repair lists including pre-listing and/or repair amendments for homeowners looking to sell their homes, agents, or buyers.
Big News!! We’re growing! We are looking for qualified, motivated candidates to resolve quick-fixes including repairing drywall, electrical work, flooring, plumbing, painting, and other tasks. This position will start as part-time and transition into full-time.
Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate and coordinate with the team to understand and ensure quality performance of scheduled tasks.
Arrive to the job site on time and complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion.
Complete specified tasks deemed satisfactory according to the homeowner, the Let-Us-Do-It Home Services team, and yourself.
Correct nail pops, paint, caulk, and other various handyman repairs.
Represent Let-Us-Do-It Home Services positively while respecting and building relationships with the homeowners.
Able to adhere to a schedule and bid instructions.
Requirements:
Experience performing handyman tasks including a variety of the following:
drywall repair, electrical work, flooring, plumbing, painting, caulking, and various other repairs
Ability to communicate with all parties involved including our team, affiliated managers, and the homeowners.
Access to transportation to commute to selected job sites.
Understands and utilizes time management skills to complete jobs on time.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation: Hourly rate
